Hi Everyone. Just wanted to stop by at it’s been a while since I last did a blog post.
It’s been a busy few weeks with getting my head around how to process the orders received and actually packaging and posting them. I’ve had a few little bugs on the website as well but I hope they are all fixed now. I’ve also been busy trying to figure out what the kids need for our little family holiday.
Bit of bad news, I had planned on launching two new bath bombs, two new soaps and four new shower steamers this bank holiday weekend. May have been a bit optimistic there! As you may have noticed I haven’t released any yet.
The kids have got a bad cold and to be honest I just haven’t had the energy to make anything, so I still have two of the new shower steamers to make. Last night I tried to make No Fig Deal steamers and ended up putting in all the wrong amounts 🤦🏻♀️ I’m going to try again tonight and see if I can recover the mixture.
I am hoping to launch them all in a few days once I’ve managed to photograph and package them.
What I have achieved though is getting a design completed for instructions on how to use Shower Steamers, thanks to Personalised Prints. It can ruin the experience if you place them too close to the shower as they will dissolve so quickly you won’t be able to enjoy the aroma for long. I’m hoping these will make it easy for everyone to be able to make the most of my Shower Steamers.
I’m also honoured to have been able to donate a gift box to the Scoo-B-Doo charity for their Silent Auction which opens on 5th June. I count myself extremely lucky that I’ve never spent time at Gloucester Neonatal unit even with my twins but I have a lot of friends who have and are exceptionally thankful for the amazing work done there.
Exciting times ahead as well, I have signed up to the Kingsway School Summer Fayre (Friday 2nd July), I have my own table 😲 so lots of planning and things needed so I have some products to display on my stall. Hopefully the weather will be nice and I will get to see some of you lovely lot there supporting local businesses. Hope you’ve all enjoyed your sunny Bank Holiday weekend.
