Wow! What can I say? Thank you, Thank you to everyone who has popped by to say hello or support my business. I have had an absolute blast at every single Christmas Market. It has been amazing meeting so many lovely people from all different walks of life and so many amazing small business owners with some truly beautiful creations.
A big bonus about doing the Christmas markets has meant I have managed to get all but one of my Christmas gifts this year from small businesses! I love being able to support others following their dream. Before I started I never quite understood how much work actually goes into turning an idea into a business. But the best bit, being able to introduce so many of you to the wonders of Shower Steamers. As you may have guessed they are what I am most passionate about and why Self a Steam began.
I know a lot of my Steamers have been purchased for new parents as Christmas gifts and that just makes my heart so happy. If just one parent introduced to my Shower Steamers manages to find that little escape then I have managed my goal and I couldn’t be happier.
I’m not going to close the website over the Christmas period so you can still order your goodies but I won’t be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas for orders placed after Wednesday 15th, this is so I can get it packaged and over to the post office ready for their final delivery dates. However, if you are local and can collect then, and I have the items in stock I am sure we can figure something out up until Wednesday 22nd 😘
I am going to take a little break from making my currently products so I can focus on family and really enjoy this special time. My twins turn 3 on 15th December leaving me with three 3 year olds for an entire month before my son turns 4 in January. With Christmas in between this means a very busy time for us and I want to be able to enjoy every moment.
I will however, be spending this time playing with new designs, products and fragrances. Typically, I have way too much in the pipeline 🤣 I am working on different shaped soaps that are a bit more fun and aimed more at children. Soap Sponges are hopefully coming, if I can manage to make more than one without burning my hands 🙈. I also have a new naturals range of Bath Bombs, Soaps and Bath Salts that I want to work on that will include Essential Oils and Natural Colourants. It might take me a while to get everything to a stage I am happy with them.
As always if there is something you would like, let me know and I will see what I can do. I have had requests for Lavender and Coconut fragranced Steamers so I am trialling a few different mixes.
